For a house Size of 1500 Sq Ft., V5s Pro and V7s Plus are the suitable Dry and wet cleaner. However in both the models, cleaning is based upon Random Pattern, which means it change the direction, when hits the object.
For a house Size of 2500 Sq Ft., V8s and V80 are the best Dry and Wet cleaner based upon Path Pattern Cleaning. In Path Pattern, it divides your house into small cells through SLAM algorithm and cleans in zigzag pattern.
For a house Size larger than 2500 Sq Ft., A9s with vibrating water tank is the best dry and wet mopping based Vacuum Cleaner. It has zigzag Path Pattern based cleaning with Panoview navigational camera. In case battery goes down, it will automatically go for charging and resume from the last location, it left.
Any model which has roller (bristle) brush underneath is suitable for pet hair cleaning. A4s/A40, A7 and A8 are models with bristle brush but there is no mopping option in these models. V7s plus and A9 are models having bristle brush with both vacuuming and mopping function. A9s also has additional silicone brush.
All ILIFE Vacuum Cleaners are equipped with infrared sensors, which slows down its speed, when approaches to any large object like Sofa, Wall. This reduces the impact caused by collision. Also all cleaners have front bumper, to further reduce impact with small objects like chairs etc. IR sensors and bumper together serve as collision preventers.
It is not recommended to run ILIFE Robotic cleaner on area with spilled Water. During Wet Mopping, it will pump out the water through i-drop Technology and will try to mop the area, with microfiber cloth. If we run Vacuum Cleaner in wet Area, it will spread water spilled on Floor. If we run the machine with dust tank (vacuuming), on wet surface, then it will suck the water inside dust tank and might damage HEPA Filter or motor inside it.
ILIFE recommends to use plain water in water tank and sprinkle Disinfectant like Phenyl, Dettol etc. on the floor before wet mopping for better cleaning. Detergents / disinfectants should not be mixed with Water inside Water Tank as the residuals will block the outlets of the tank, disabling the robot’s mopping function and hence void the Warranty of product.
The wheels of ILIFE Robots are covered with soft rubber to prevent any scratches on floor or hardwood surface.
All the ILIFE products are under one year warranty. To avail the warranty, you need to fill and submit the product registration form available on our website.
After every 3-4 months, consumable parts need to be changed which include:
Microfibre mopping cloth: ₹ 250- ₹300
HEPA filter: ₹300 - ₹400
Side brushes (1pair): ₹300
For the models with roller brushes underneath, we need to change roller brushes also which costs around ₹300- ₹400
Pull the hair carefully off the brush. Sometimes it might be necessary to first cut the hair with a scissors. Remaining hair and dust from the vacuum shaft with the bristled side can be cleaned with the help of a brush.
If debris are wrapped around the suspension, it doesn’t rotate properly. To remove this, grasp the wheel with your thumb and index finger and pull it straight out. After cleaning, you can put it back in the opening. Press it hard until you hear it click into place.
